Who I Am
I believe leadership is both deeply personal and profoundly impactful. My career has been dedicated to helping people—first as a nurse at the bedside, and now as an executive coach, consultant, and clinical program leader. Across every role, my mission remains the same: to create cultures where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Professional Journey
Today, I serve as a Clinical Program Manager at Providence’s Women & Children’s Institute, where I lead initiatives designed to elevate care, strengthen operations, and improve outcomes for families. I also coach and consult with leaders and teams across industries, guiding them through complexity with clarity, courage, and compassion.
My work bridges healthcare, leadership, and human connection. Whether shaping strategy at the system level, facilitating team development, or coaching executives one-on-one, I bring a blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and emotional intelligence that allows leaders to navigate change while staying grounded in purpose.

My Philosophy
I believe real leadership begins when competence meets courage. Growth comes from the willingness to embrace vulnerability, challenge the status quo, and choose connection over autopilot. Every day is a gift—and I coach leaders to claim that gift with intention, resilience, and authenticity.
Beyond Work
I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband, our daughter, our son, and two dogs. I love hiking forest trails, sharing good wine with good company, and exploring the world through travel and curiosity. Each of my 28 tattoos tells a story, reminding me that who we are is always evolving—indelible, yet ever in motion.
My Book
What inspires someone to get 28 tattoos? More than meets the eye. Indelible: A Memoir traces the meaning behind each one, while also exploring themes of resilience, self-discovery, and the power of human connection. It’s a story of challenges met, lessons learned, and the beauty of growth along the way.
